脊柱脊髓损伤术后的骨科康复护理方法及护理效果观察

| 摘要 |
探讨发生脊柱脊髓损伤接受手术治疗并配合骨科康复护理的效果。方法 选取2022年6月-2023年6月因脊柱脊髓损伤在本院行手术治疗的患者（200例）进行研究，通过随机分组，对照组（骨科常规护理）、观察组（骨科康复护理），每组100例，将两组的生活质量、活动能力恢复情况进行对比。结果 护理后，观察组的上肢运动功能（51.02±3.97）分、下肢运动功能（25.05±3.03）分、总分（77.46±6.29）分，均低于对照组的（45.38±3.45）分、（18.75±2.65）分、（63.75±5.14）分；观察组护理后的生理功能（65.75±4.10）分、生理职能（63.39±3.74）分、躯体疼痛（62.16±3.58）分、总体健康（62.10±3.88）分、活力（69.62±3.50）分、社会功能（70.34±2.95）分、情感职能（67.31±3.58）分、精神健康（63.43±2.76）分，均高于对照组的（58.94±3.46）分、（55.25±2.27）分、（54.15±3.68）分、（54.75±2.46）分、（57.72±2.63）分、（52.12±2.34）分、（53.32±3.31）分、（50.18±2.47）分；均P＜0.05。结论 将骨科康复护理模式应用与脊柱脊髓损伤术后的护理中，能够促进患者活动能力的恢复，提高生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment for spinal cord injury combined with orthopedic rehabilitation nursing. Methods Patients (200 cases) who underwent surgery in our hospital due to spinal cord injury from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for this study. The quality of life and recovery of activity of the two groups were compared by random grouping, control group (orthopaedic routine nursing) and observation group (orthopaedic rehabilitation nursing), with 100 cases in each group. Results After nursing, the motor function scores of upper limb (51.02±3.97), lower limb (25.05±3.03) and total score (77.46±6.29) in observation group were lower than those of control group (45.38±3.45), (18.75±2.65) and (63.75±5.14). The physiological function (65.75±4.10) score, physiological function (63.39±3.74) score, physical pain (62.16±3.58) score, general health (62.10±3.88) score, vitality (69.62±3.50) score, social function (70.34±2.95) score, emotional function (67) score .31±3.58 points, mental health (63.43±2.76) points, They were higher than the control group (58.94±3.46) points, (55.25±2.27) points, (54.15±3.68) points, (54.75±2.46) points, (57.72±2.63) points, (52.12±2.34) points, (53.32±3.31) points, (50.18±2.47) points. All P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing model in the postoperative nursing of spinal cord injury can promote the recovery of patients mobility and improve their quality of life.
