摘要	论PDCA循环在提高门诊输液室护士手卫生依从性中的应用。方法 2021年1月-2021年12月随机选择在我院的门诊输液室护理人员40名，运用PDCA循环方法提高门诊输液室护士手卫生依从性，分为循环前和循环后，经观察对比，得出结论。结果对于各项数据的对比来说，循环后各项数据高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。循环后手卫生合格率、手卫生规范操作率、洗手规范操作评分高于循环前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用本研究方法，可以提高医院门诊输液室护理人员的手卫生依从性，减少细菌传播和感染发生的可能，PDCA 循环法的实施可以达到明显效果，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the application of PDCA cycle in improving hand hygiene compliance of outpatient infusion room nurses. Methods: From January 2021 to December 2021, 40 nurses in the outpatient infusion room of our hospital were randomly selected, and the PDCA cycle method was used to improve the hand hygiene compliance of the outpatient infusion room nurses. It was divided into pre-circulation and post-circulation. After observation and comparison ,get conclusion. Results: For the comparison of various data, the data after circulation were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pass rate of hand hygiene, the rate of hand hygiene standard operation, and the score of hand hygiene standard operation after the cycle were higher than those before the cycle, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of this research method can improve the hand hygiene compliance of nurses in the outpatient infusion room of the hospital, and reduce the possibility of bacterial transmission and infection. The implementation of PDCA cycle method can achieve obvious results, which is worthy of clinical application.
