| 摘要 |
伴随着中国的经济增长和国际地位的提高，世界范围内出现了一股“汉语热”。由于网络的普及，互联网已经成为了当今四大传播媒体之第一。因此，传统的语言和词汇已经无法完全适应网络交际的需要，因此，网络新词语也就诞生了，而且还在持续地发生着变化和发展。网络新词语是网络语言和文化的承载者，它既是最新鲜，也是最跟上时代步伐的词语，更是当今社会的一个缩影。因此，外语工作者应该对网络新词的跨国翻译、跨国翻译、跨文化翻译等方面进行深入的研究，以促进中国语言和文化的国际化。

| Abstract |
With Chinas economic growth and international status improvement, there has been a "Chinese fever" worldwide. Due to the popularity of the internet, it has become the top four communication media today. Therefore, traditional language and vocabulary are no longer fully adapted to the needs of online communication, and therefore, new online words have emerged and are constantly undergoing changes and development. Network neologisms are carriers of network language and culture. They are not only the freshest and most up-to-date words, but also a microcosm of todays society. Therefore, foreign language workers should conduct in-depth research on cross-border translation, cross-cultural translation, and other aspects of online neologisms to promote the internationalization of Chinese language and culture.
