问题式教学法联合案例教学法在重症护理教学中的应用效果研究

摘要
探讨在重症护理教学中,使用问题式教学法联合案例教学法的应用效果。方法 研究对象纳入我院2022年7月~2023年7月间进行实习的护理学学生62例,按照随机分组方式分为对照组(31例,使用传统教学模式)和研究组(31例,使用问题式教学法联合案例教学法模式),对比两组教学效果。结果 对比两组考核成绩显示,研究组学生理论成绩和实践操作得分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且对比两组实习生教学效果,研究组在各项维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在对护理学学生进行重症护理教学时,使用问题式教学法联合案例教学法能够帮助提高学生教学效果,让学生更好掌握相关理论知识,同时增强其实践操作、应急处理、团队协作等能力,具有应用价值。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of using problem-based teaching method combined with case teaching method in critical care teaching. Methods The study included 88 nursing students who underwent internships in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023. They were randomly divided into a control group (44 cases, using traditional teaching mode) and a research group (44 cases, using problem-based teaching method combined with case teaching mode), and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results Comparing the assessment scores of the two groups, it was found that the theoretical and practical operation scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). And comparing the teaching effects of the two groups of interns, the research group scored significantly higher than the control group in all dimensions, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion When teaching critical care to nursing students, the use of problem-based teaching combined with case-based teaching can help improve teaching effectiveness, enable students to better grasp relevant theoretical knowledge, and enhance their practical operation, emergency response, team collaboration and other abilities, which has practical value.
