| 摘要 |
分析在骨科全麻术后患者麻醉复苏期护理中应用责任制护理的价值。方法 抽选2021年3月-2023年5月为研究时段，抽选在该时段内在我院接受在骨科全麻术后麻醉复苏期的患者70例为研究对象，按照随机分组的方式分为对照组35例常规护理，观察组35例责任制护理，对比两组患者苏醒时间、拔管时间、躁动程度和并发症的发生率。结果 观察组苏醒时间更早、拔管时间更早，躁动程度更低，并发症发生概率更低，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 在骨科全麻术后患者麻醉复苏期护理中应用责任制护理的价值很高，能加速患者苏醒，降低麻醉苏醒期的躁动和并发症，利于尽早转归接受基础护理。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of applying responsibility nursing system in the anesthesia recovery period of orthopedic patients after general anesthesia. Methods From March 2021 to May 2023, 70 patients who received anesthesia recovery after orthopaedic general anesthesia in our hospital during this period were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into the control group (35 cases of routine nursing) and the observation group (35 cases of responsibility nursing). The recovery time, extubation time, agitation degree and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the recovery time was earlier, the extubation time was earlier, the degree of agitation was lower, and the probability of complications was lower, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion It is of great value to apply the responsibility nursing system in the anesthesia recovery period of orthopedic patients after general anesthesia, which can accelerate the recovery of patients, reduce the agitation and complications during the anesthesia recovery period, and facilitate the early return to basic nursing.
