Objective To study the application value of psychological nursing intervention in operating room for patients undergoing transforaminal surgery. Methods From January 2019 to January 2021, 82 patients who underwent transforaminal surgery received in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random number table method. 41 cases each. The patients in the reference group chose routine operating room nursing for intervention, and the patients in the experimental group chose operating room psychological nursing for intervention. The psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared. Results The psychological state of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the reference group, with a large difference (P<0.05); and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group, with a large difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in the operating room to the patients undergoing foraminal surgery has greatly improved the patients bad psychological mood, effectively relieved the patients bad mood, and improved the patients satisfaction with nursing. , has high clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
