| 摘要 |
随着我国房地产市场的日益增长，房屋建筑工程在很多方面对社会经济发展及人们的生活产生影响。然而，由于行业间的竞争越来越激烈，一些单位为了降低成本、追求利益，未采取有效的科学管理措施，导致整体项目质量不高，且危及到了房屋建筑工程质量以及使用安全，为此做好房屋建筑施工管理工作意义重大。

| Abstract |
With the increasing growth of Chinas real estate market, the housing construction engineering has an impact on the social and economic development and peoples lives in many aspects. However, due to the increasingly fierce competition between the industry, some units in order to reduce costs, the pursuit of interests, did not take effective scientific management measures, resulting in the overall project quality is not high, and endanger the quality of housing construction engineering and the use of safety, so it is of great significance to do a good job of housing construction management work.
