Objective To explore the effect of constant temperature lightning fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine health culture guidance in the health management of patients with stomach duct pain. Methods From May 4, 2021 to May 2022, 300 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type of epigastric pain were selected as the study objects. According to the differences of treatment methods, 150 patients were divided into the new group and the traditional group. The patients in the traditional group received the traditional thunder fire moxibustion treatment, and the patients in the new group were guided by the constant temperature thunder fire moxibustion combined with the traditional Chinese health culture. Results The effective rate was 98.00% in the new group and 89.33% in the traditional group. Compared with the traditional group, the effective rate of disease treatment in the new group was higher (P < 0.05). Compared with the traditional group, the patients in the new group had higher disease treatment compliance (P < 0.05). After intervention, compared with the traditional group, the quality of life score in the new group was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with epigastric pain, the application of constant temperature thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine health culture guidance in clinical health management can improve the effectiveness and compliance of patients participating in disease treatment, and can improve the quality of life of patients. This method is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
