| 摘要 |
分析疼痛控制护理在创伤性骨折术后患者中的应用价值。方法 将我院于2022年12月-2023年12月收治的86例创伤性骨折患者纳入研究，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各43例。对照组术后应用常规护理，观察组术后加以疼痛控制护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组在采用疼痛控制护理后，其术后康复指标、疼痛控制情况、并发症发生率均优于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 疼痛控制护理可有效促进创伤性骨折患者术后康复，减轻其疼痛感，并降低并发症发生风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application value of pain control nursing in postoperative patients with traumatic fractures. Methods 86 patients with traumatic fractures admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 43 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care after surgery, while the observation group received pain control nursing care after surgery. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After using pain control nursing, the postoperative rehabilitation indicators, pain control status, and incidence of complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Pain control nursing can effectively promote postoperative recovery of patients with traumatic fractures, alleviate their pain, and reduce the risk of complications.
