超分子水杨酸联合针清治疗中重度痤疮效果评价及护理体会

摘要	详细分析中重度痤疮患者临床接受超分子水杨酸联合针清治疗的临床效果，并针对临床配合的护理干预进行探讨，观察护理效果。方法取痤疮患者参与本次研究（100例），以2022年1月-2023年1月为研究时间，以患者临床医治方式不同予以分组，接受口服异维A酸药物治疗的患者（50例）归为参照组同时给予其常规护理指导，接受针清联合口服异维A酸药物治疗的患者（50例）归为研究组同时给予患者全面护理，总结计数患者治疗有效率，对患者不良反应发生率比对，调查患者满意度，通过数据统计，目的研究临床医护干预效果。结果干预后，患者皮肤检测情况、皮损情况、治疗总有效率、患者总满意率各项对比，组间可见显著差异，并以研究组数据存在优势（P＜0.05）。结论经超分子水杨酸联合针清治疗以及全面护理的临床应用，痤疮患者症状得到有效缓解，而且皮肤状况恢复明显，不良反应较少，治疗效果显著，护理效果令患者满意度，临床应用价值存在，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultramolecular salicylic acid combined with clear treatment in patients with moderate and severe acne, and explore the nursing intervention with clinical cooperation to observe the nursing effect. Methods Take acne patients involved in the study (100 cases), in January 2022-January 2023 as the study time, to patients in clinical treatment, patients (50 cases) as reference group, patients with oral isovitamin A treatment (50 patients) as comprehensive care, count patients treatment efficiency, adverse reactions of patients, investigate patient satisfaction, through data statistics, aims to study the effect of clinical medical intervention. Results After the intervention, significant differences were found in skin detection, skin damage, and treatment satisfaction rate, and advantages of the study group data were found (P <0.05). Conclusion Through the clinical application of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with injection clear treatment and comprehensive nursing, the symptoms of acne patients are effectively alleviated, and the skin condition is obviously recovered, the adverse reactions are less, the treatment effect is remarkable, the nursing effect makes the patient satisfaction, and the clinical application value exists, which is worth promoting.
