| 摘要 |
探讨宫颈癌患者同步放化疗致贫血的护理，以改善宫颈癌患者同步放化疗后贫血症状。方法 回顾性分析2022.01-2022.12时间段于院内接受诊疗的宫颈癌同步放化疗致贫血患者的护理方法。结果 62例并发贫血的患者顺利完成治疗，达到预期治疗效果。结论 对于宫颈癌同步放化疗致贫血的患者，实施病情观察、对症止血治疗、用药护理、输血护理、饮食护理、休息与活动指导、心理护理及健康教育，能够纠正患者贫血状态，保证治疗的效果，提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing care of cervical cancer patients with anemia caused by synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy, in order to improve the anemia symptoms of cervical cancer patients after synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the nursing methods of anemia patients caused by synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer who received diagnosis and treatment in the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022. As a result, 62 patients with concurrent anemia successfully completed treatment and achieved the expected therapeutic effect. Conclusion For patients with anemia caused by synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer, implementing disease observation, symptomatic hemostasis treatment, medication care, blood transfusion care, dietary care, rest and activity guidance, psychological care, and health education can correct the patients anemia status, ensure treatment effectiveness, and improve the patients quality of life.
