| 摘要 |
探讨肝癌介入手术治疗的配合及护理效果。方法 时间为2023年1月至2023年12月，筛选后共计60名患者，随机等量分成对照组（常规手术配合和护理）和研究组（综合手术配合和护理），对比结果。结果 两组患者全部顺利完成手术，且手术后1个月患者复查的结果显示研究组病情明显好转，甲胎蛋白水平显著下降，肿瘤缩小，而对照组变化不大。在并发症发生率、焦虑评分的数据上两组差异显著，以研究组更优（P<0.05）。结论 在接受肝癌介入治疗的患者中采用综合手术配合和护理能够有效改善患者预后以及焦虑的不良情绪等情况，同时可以显著降低并发症的发生率，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the cooperation and nursing effect of interventional surgery for liver cancer. Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, a total of 60 patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group (routine operation coordination and nursing) and the study group (comprehensive operation coordination and nursing) to compare the results. Results All patients in the two groups successfully completed the operation, and the results of patient review one month after the operation showed that the condition of the study group was significantly improved, the level of alpha-fetoprotein was significantly decreased, and the tumor shrank, while the control group had little change. There were significant differences in complication rate and anxiety score between the two groups, and the study group was better (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of comprehensive surgical cooperation and nursing in patients receiving interventional therapy for liver cancer can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and the adverse mood of anxiety, and can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, which is worth promoting.
