Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of early emergency care in patients with multiple injuries in ICU. Methods A total of 100 patients with multiple injuries in the ICU admitted to our hospital from January 2023~January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group, and received routine nursing and early emergency care, respectively. Results The scores of ISS, APACHEII., and VAS in the observation group were (23.01±1.17), (22.14±2.07), and (3.01±0.42), respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The physical function (83.37±4.68), material function (83.37±4.66), psychological function (83.42 ± 3.98) and social function (84.16±4.73) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the control group was 82.00%, the total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%, and 46 cases in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early emergency nursing can improve the first aid effect, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with multiple injuries in ICU.
