摘要
探讨在血管外科教学中实施以团队为基础的责任制带教模式的应用效果。方法 此次研究共选取94名护生进行对比研究,均在血管外科实习,因研究需对结果展开深入对比,以此来判别不同带教模式的可行性,所以还需做好分组工作,采取摇号方式随机将其分为对照组与观察两个组别,两组各47名护生,前者沿用常规带教模式,后者实施以团队为基础的责任制带教方式,对比两组实际应用效果。结果 经研究中各项数据表明,观察组护生理论知识、操作技能与出科成绩均高于对照组,与此同时,相比对照组,观察组护生对教学满意度较高两组经对比可见明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 在血管外科护生实习期间,应用以团队为基础的责任制带教方式可有效提高其学习成绩,增强实践能力,为后期工作的开展提供坚实的基础,切实提高实习生教学满意度。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the utility value of implementing team-based responsibility system in the teaching of vascular surgery. Methods: A total of 94 nursing students were selected for comparative experiment in this study, all of whom were practicing in vascular surgery. Due to the need to conduct in-depth comparison of the results in order to determine the feasibility of different teaching modes, it was also necessary to do a good job in grouping, and randomly divided them into two groups by lottery, 47 nursing students in each group, the former followed the conventional teaching mode. The latter implemented the team-based responsibility system teaching mode, and compared the practical application effect of the two groups. Results: The experimental data showed that the theoretical knowledge, operational skills and grades of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. At the same time, compared with the control group, nursing students in the observation group had higher satisfaction with teaching (P < 0.05). Conclusion: During the internship of nursing students in vascular surgery, the team-based responsibility system can effectively improve their academic performance, enhance their practical ability, lay a solid foundation for the later work, and effectively improve the teaching satisfaction of interns.
