立德树人成效是检验高校一切工作的根本标准。课程思政建设可以帮助学生塑造正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，这将决定着国家的长治久安以及国家崛起。《海关管理概论》课程思政教学围绕“提炼海关精神，铸造海关关魂”，分析了课程思政教学中需要解决的问题，探索了课程思政教学的改革、创新与成效。

| Abstract |
The effect of moral education is the fundamental standard to test all the work of colleges and universities. Ideological and political construction can help students to shape the correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, which will determine the long-term stability and the rise of the country. The ideological and political teaching of "Introduction to Customs Management" focuses on "refining the spirit of customs and casting the soul of customs customs", analyzes the problems to be solved in ideological and political teaching, and explores the reform, innovation and effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.
