| 摘要 |
分析脑梗死偏瘫失语患者早期康复护理的效果。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年8月收治的脑梗死偏瘫失语患者80例，随机分为观察组（早期康复护理）和对照组（常规护理）各40例，对比效果。结果 护理后观察组下肢运动功能评分（34.13±3.11）分、上肢运动功能评分（57.13±9.69）分、语言功能评分（48.44±4.11）分、进餐评分（4.47±0.24）分、洗澡评分（4.13±0.25）、修饰评分（4.39±0.24）分、穿衣评分（3.75±0.52）分、护理满意度92.50%均高于对照组（24.15±1.46）分、（46.51±10.25）分、（35.66±4.42）分、（3.29±0.16）分、（3.22±0.25）分、（3.24±0.35）分、（3.21±0.44）分、77.50%（P<0.05）。结论 早期康复护理可有效改善脑梗死偏瘫失语患者的肢体功能，提升语言能力，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing for hemiplegic aphasia patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients with hemiplegia and aphasia with cerebral infarction treated from September 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into observation group (early rehabilitation nursing) and control group (routine nursing) with 40 cases each to compare the effect. Results After nursing, the lower limb motor function score (34.13±3.11), upper limb motor function score (57.13±9.69), language function score (48.44±4.11), meal score (4.47±0.24), bathing score (4.13±0.25), grooming score (4.39±0.24), dressing score (3.75±0.52) and nursing satisfaction (92.50%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (24.15±1.46) points, (46.51±10.25), (35.66±4.42) points, (3.29±0.16) points, (3.22±0.25) points, (3.24±0.35) points, (3.21±0.44) points, 77.50% (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the limb function and language ability of hemiplegic aphasia patients with cerebral infarction.
