Objective This paper focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of nursing intervention in the recovery period of anesthesia in the operating room in the control of restlessness during the recovery period of abdominal surgery patients, and enumerates relevant data to determine the nursing value. Methods In this study, 86 patients who received abdominal surgery from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into the reference group and the experimental group (43 cases in each group) according to the odd-even admission number method. Mainly from the patients blood pressure value and heart rate fluctuation, agitation and satisfaction with nursing services were compared, the data were summarized and analyzed, and then the average value and proportion were calculated. Results The intervention scheme of the experimental group was feasible to a certain extent. The blood pressure and heart rate indexes of the patients in this group were significantly improved, and the incidence of agitation was significantly reduced, only 2.32% (1/43), and the satisfaction of the patients with their nursing services was as high as 95.34% (41/43), all the data were better than that of the reference group, and the data difference between the groups reached the P < 0.05 standard. Conclusion The nursing intervention program during anesthesia and recovery in the operating room plays a positive role in reducing the occurrence of agitation in surgical patients, improving blood pressure and heart rate indicators, and improving the overall quality of nursing services, etc. It can improve the medical safety of patients with the intervention of comprehensive pre-care measures. Patients have unanimously recognized and confirmed the intervention program, and it is recommended to vigorously promote its application.
