| 摘要 |
探讨门诊中对行包皮环切手术治疗的患儿进行人文关怀所呈现的效果。方法 选取2023年6月-9月所接收的70例包皮环切手术患儿作为主要观察对象，根据随机数字表法将其分成两组，其中一组为对照组（常规护理），另一组为观察组（常规护理+人文关怀），各35例，对比两组焦虑情况、术后疼痛情况、并发症发生情况等。结果 观察组护理后的焦虑评分与疼痛评分以及并发症总发生率均低于对照组；观察组水肿消退时间、创口愈合时间、包皮环脱落时间短于对照组，护理总满意度高于对照组；均存在明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 利用人文关怀对包皮环切手术患儿进行护理，一方面可以改善其焦虑症状，缓解疼痛，另一方面还可以减少相关并发症的发生。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care for children undergoing circumcision surgery. Methods selected in June 2023-September received 70 cases of circumcision surgery as the main observation object, according to the random number table method is divided into two groups, one group for control group (routine care), the other group for observation group (routine care + humanistic care), each 35 cases, compare two groups of anxiety, postoperative pain, complications, etc. Results The anxiety score, pain score and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than that of the control group; the time of edema resolution, wound healing time, and circumcision shedding time were shorter and the total satisfaction of care was higher than the control group; there were significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Using humanistic care for children with circumcision surgery can, on the one hand, can improve their anxiety symptoms and relieve the pain, and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
