| 摘要 |
分析PDCA循环护理模式对糖尿病患者低血糖反应的预防效果。方法 选择2023年1月至2024年1月间于本院接受治疗的30例糖尿病患者作为观察组研究对象，实施PDCA循环护理模式。同时，收集2023年前采用常规护理模式的糖尿病患者资料30例作为对照组研究对象。对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组各项对比内容较对照组更好（P<0.05）。结论 PDCA循环护理模式的实施，能够显著改善糖尿病患者低血糖出现的机率，增加患者低血糖方面的认知，提升患者自我管理行为，提高护理评价。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the preventive effect of PDCA cycle nursing mode on hypoglycemia in diabetic patients. Methods Thirty patients with diabetes who received treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the observation group, and PDCA cycle nursing mode was implemented. At the same time, the data of 30 patients with diabetes who adopted conventional nursing mode before 2023 were collected as the control group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The comparison contents in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle nursing model can significantly improve the incidence of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients, increase patients awareness of hypoglycemia, improve patients self-management behavior, and improve nursing evaluation.
