| 摘要 |
随着人口老龄化的加速和糖尿病等慢性疾病的普遍发生，患者面临的慢性伤口问题变得越来越明显。许多慢性伤口患者在入院时遇到困难，或在出院后无法接受有效的伤口治疗，这大大降低了其生活质量。作为住院护理的一种扩展，慢性伤口的居家护理不仅满足了患者的各种需求，还有助于加速伤口的恢复过程并降低医疗开销。本文对当前国内外“互联网+慢性伤口居家护理服务”的进展进行了深入的分析，目的是为我国在慢性伤口居家护理方面提供有价值的参考。

| Abstract |
With the acceleration of population aging and the prevalence of chronic diseases such as diabetes, the chronic wound problems faced by patients become more and more obvious. Many patients with chronic wounds encounter difficulties upon admission or are unable to receive effective wound treatment after discharge, which greatly reduces their quality of life. As an extension of inpatient care, home-based care for chronic wounds not only meets the various needs of patients, but also helps accelerate the wound recovery process and reduce medical expenses. This article makes an in-depth analysis of the progress of "Internet plus home care service for chronic wounds" at home and abroad, in order to provide valuable reference for home care of chronic wounds in China.
