| 摘要 |
探究分析心理护理对儿科患儿输液配合度及治疗效果的影响。方法 选取我院2020年12月-2021年12月收治的儿科输液患儿79例进行分组，对照组常规护理（39例），研究组为心理护理（40例），分析两组患儿家属满意度、患儿输液配合度、治疗效果。结果 研究组家属满意度95.0%（38/40）高于对照组79.49%（31/39），差异显著（P<0.05）；研究组患儿输液配合度92.50%（37/40），较对照组更高（74.36%，29/39），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；患儿治疗效果研究组高于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 通过对儿科患儿实施心理护理后，可提高其配合度及治疗效果。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of psychological nursing on infusion coordination and treatment effect of pediatric children. Methods: 79 cases of pediatric infusion children admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were divided into two groups, the control group was routine nursing (39 cases), the research group was psychological nursing (40 cases), the two groups of family satisfaction, infusion coordination, treatment effect. Results: The satisfaction of family members in the study group was 95.0% (38/40) higher than that in the control group (79.49% (31/39), and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The infusion coordination degree of the study group was 92.50% (37/40), which was higher than that of the control group (74.36%, 29/39), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The therapeutic effect in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Through the implementation of psychological nursing for pediatric children, can improve the degree of cooperation and treatment effect.
