| 摘要 |
探讨社区护理措施对高血压患者自我行为管理的影响。方法 选择我院于2023年1月-2023年12月收治的高血压患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组实施社区护理。对两组患者的护理满意度、自我行为管理能力及血压水平指标进行统计与比对。结果 两组均有改善，但观察组在护理满意度和自我行为管理能力上评分更高，且血压控制更优，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 社区护理对高血压患者效果显著，显著提高患者的护理满意度和自我行为管理能力，降低患者的舒张压和收缩压等血压指标。有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective Explore the impact of community nursing measures on the self-behavior management of hypertensive patients. Methods Select 100 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from March 1, 2021 to December 3, 2022, and randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received community care. Statistical analysis and comparison of nursing satisfaction, self-behavior management ability, and blood pressure level indicators between two groups of patients. Results Both groups showed improvement, but the observation group scored higher in nursing satisfaction and self-behavior management ability, and had better blood pressure control, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Community nursing has a significant effect on hypertensive patients, significantly improving their nursing satisfaction and self-behavior management ability, and reducing blood pressure indicators such as diastolic and systolic blood pressure. Has high application value.
