摘要
师范院校师范生的实践能力培养应以实践能力为核心,而科学的评价方式则是培养其实践能力的重要手段。但是,目前师范类师范生的实践能力评价内容存在着偏颇、评价方法不全、评价方法不够规范等问题。微认证是目前国际上普遍采用的衡量个体职业能力的手段,以实践证明为基础,以微观能力为核心,包括了科学的认证能力、完整的认证体系和认证过程。本文以微证为基础,构建师范生的实践能力评价模型,参考华东师范大学“微认证平台”的基本架构及认证实例,建立相应的实践能力微认证模型,设计一套完整的评价体系,阐述认证过程,为师范院校师范生的实践能力评价提供有益的探索。
Abstract
The practice ability training of normal university students should take the practice ability as the core, and the scientific evaluation method is an important means to cultivate their practice ability. However, there are some problems in the practical ability assessment of normal university students, such as bias content, incomplete assessment methods and non-standard assessment methods. Micro credentials is a widely used measure of individual professional ability in the world at present. It is based on practical proof and centered on micro ability, including scientific certification ability, complete certification system and certification process. On the basis of micro credentials and reference to "Micro-credentials Platform" designed by East China Normal University as an example, this paper constructs students practice ability evaluation model, establishes the corresponding capacity model, and designs a set of complete system. This paper also expounds the certification process, for normal college students practice ability assessment and provides the beneficial exploration.
