精细化护理在服用华法林下肢深静脉血栓患者中的应用分析

| 摘要 |
分析精细化护理在服用华法林下肢深静脉血栓患者中的应用效果。方法 将我院于2023年1月-2023年12月收治的56例服用华法林下肢深静脉血栓患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各28例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用精细化护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组在采用精细化护理后，其服药依从性、临床指标、并发症发生率、出血率均优于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 对服用华法林下肢深静脉血栓患者应用精细化护理，可有效提升患者服药依从性，提升护理满意度及国家化标准化比值（INR）达标率，降低血栓复发及出血风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of refined nursing in patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis taking warfarin. Methods 56 patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis treated with warfarin in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received refined nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After adopting refined care, the observation group showed better medication adherence, clinical indicators, incidence of complications, and bleeding rate than the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of refined nursing care to patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis taking warfarin can effectively improve medication compliance, enhance nursing satisfaction and the national standardized ratio (INR) compliance rate, and reduce the risk of thrombosis recurrence and bleeding.
