Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing mode on neurological function and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 90 cases of cerebral infarction patients were selected from our hospital, and the observation time was selected from May 2021 to December 2023. The control method was as follows: the sequence of treatment was controlled in equal numbers, 45 cases were collected from the control group, and routine nursing mode was selected, while 45 cases were collected from the experimental group, and early rehabilitation nursing mode was selected, and the effectiveness of different nursing management was compared. Results There was no significant difference in neurological function before nursing. After nursing, the experimental group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in quality of life score before nursing, but after nursing, the experimental group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Providing early rehabilitation nursing mode for patients with cerebral infarction disease can carry out rehabilitation training in the early stage, pay attention to the state of patients as soon as possible, promote the recovery of neurological function and optimize the quality of life.
