| 摘要 |
探讨腕踝针联合耳穴埋豆在胫腓骨骨折患者镇痛中的应用效果。方法 时间为2022年1月至2023年6月，筛选后共计80名患者，随机等量分成对照组（常规护理）和研究组（在对照组基础上应用腕踝针联合耳穴埋豆），对比结果。结果 在VAS评分、肿胀值、PSQI评分、镇痛药物使用次数上两组差异显著，以研究组更优（P<0.05）。结论 在胫腓骨骨折患者中采用腕踝针联合耳穴埋豆镇痛效果显著，可改善患者睡眠障碍等情况，同时镇痛药物的应用次数减少，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with ear point embedding beans in patients with tibia and fibula fractures. Methods From January 2022 to June 2023, a total of 80 patients were screened and randomly divided into the control group (routine care) and the study group (wrist ankle acupuncture combined with ear point embedding beans on the basis of the control group) to compare the results. Results The VAS score, swelling value, PSQI score, and number of analgesic use were significantly different in the study group (P <0.05). Conclusion In patients with tibiofibular fracture, wrist and ankle needle combined with ear point buried bean has a significant analgesic effect, which can improve the sleep disorders of patients. Meanwhile, the application number of analgesic drugs is reduced, which is worth promoting.
