| 摘要 |
以提高妊娠期糖尿病患者护理质量为研究目标，在临床中实施综合护理干预，明确其对妊娠期糖尿病患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者为分析对象，共计71例，按照诊疗先后顺序设置成对照组（37例）、观察组（34例），分别以常规手段、综合护理干预手段实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 凝血功能指标、血液循环指标、糖脂代谢指标方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更佳（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中实施综合护理干预，有利于改善妊娠期糖尿病患者凝血功能指标、血液循环指标，可促进糖脂代谢功能恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To improve the quality of care for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus as the research objective, to implement comprehensive nursing intervention in clinical practice, and to clarify its impact on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 71 patients with gestational diabetes who received diagnosis and treatment in hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the analysis objects, and were divided into control group (37 cases) and observation group (34 cases) according to the order of diagnosis and treatment. Two groups of nursing interventions were implemented by conventional means and comprehensive nursing intervention means, and the intervention situation was analyzed. Results Compared with the two groups, the values of coagulation function index, blood circulation index and glucose lipid metabolism index were better in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in clinical practice is beneficial to improving coagulation function index and blood circulation index of gestational diabetes mellitus patients, and can promote the recovery of glucose and lipid metabolism function.
