| 摘要 |
观察对老年慢性病患者实施社区护理干预对生活质量的改善作用。方法 纳入本社区经过确诊的共130名老年慢性病患者，时段2022年11月至2023年11月。依据数字随机表法将其划分两组，各组平均65例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取社区护理干预。遵医行为、生活质量、护理满意度3个方面综合评价。结果 对比世卫组织生存质量测定量表（WHOQOL-BREF）评分情况，观察组各维度得分较对照组增加更明显（P＜0.05）。对比总遵医率、护理总满意率，观察组较对照组提高更明显（P＜0.05）。结论 老年慢性病患者实施社区护理干预可提高遵医行为，改善生活质量，满意度更高。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of community nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods A total of 130 elderly patients with chronic diseases diagnosed in the community were included from November 2022 to November 2023. They were divided into two groups according to the numerical random table method, with an average of 65 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing, the observation group took community nursing intervention. Three aspects of compliance behavior, quality of life, nursing satisfaction were evaluated comprehensively. Results Compared with WHO Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-BREF), the scores of all dimensions in the observation group increased more significantly than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the total compliance rate and the total satisfaction rate of nursing, the observation group was more significantly improved than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Community nursing intervention can improve compliance behavior, quality of life and satisfaction of elderly patients with chronic diseases.
