人文关怀在整形美容科护理中的观察

| 摘要 |
探讨人文关怀在整形美容科护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022年10月到2023年10月收治的40例整形外科患者进行研究，均分为两组，对照组20例予以常规护理，观察组20例予以人文关怀护理，对两组的护理效果进行收集和分析对比。结果 两组患者经过护理后，观察组的满意度高达95.00%，较对照组的65.00%更高；观察组术后1周SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，且观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组，2组相比，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过对整形外科患者应用人文关怀护理，可以提高患者对护理的满意度，改善患者的生活质量，在整形美容科护理中有积极促进意义，值得广为运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in plastic and aesthetic care. Methods A total of 40 plastic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected for the study, and they were all divided into two groups, 20 cases in the control group were given routine care, and 20 cases in the observation group were given humanistic care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were collected, analyzed, and compared. Results After nursing, the satisfaction of the observation group was as high as 95.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (65.00%). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group one week after operation, and the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Through the application of humanistic care care for plastic surgery patients, it can improve patients satisfaction with nursing care, improve the quality of life of patients, and have a positive significance in plastic and cosmetic care, which is worthy of widespread use.
