| 摘要 |
探究紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-2023年12月期间我院收治的宫颈癌患者60例，按照数字随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例患者，对照组进行使用常规化疗方案治疗，观察组使用紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助化疗治疗，对比两组的治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果 观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组（p＜0.05），观察组的不良反应发生率和对照组相近（p＞0.05）。结论 紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者有积极的影响，值得临时推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin on patients with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to digital random method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy, while the observation group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and the therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (p < 0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group (p > 0.05). Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy has a positive effect on cervical cancer patients, and it is worthy of temporary promotion and application.
