摘要	随着时代的发展,"慢就业"现象越来越普遍。为进一步深入地剖析"慢就业"的现象,本文首先从"慢就业"的基本概念角度出发,解释一下什么是"慢就业",再从高校毕业生"慢就业"这一现象可能产生的根源和原因进行分析,并且提供了相应的解决对策,目的是有效地缓解了高校学生"慢就业"的问题,促进了毕业生们实现了更高的质量、更充分的就业。
Abstract	With the development of the times, the phenomenon of "slow employment" is becoming more and more common. In order to further analyze the phenomenon of "slow employment", this article first starts from the basic concept of "slow employment", explains what is "slow employment", and then discusses the possible causes of the phenomenon of "slow employment" for college graduates. This paper analyzes the reasons and provides corresponding solutions, with the purpose of effectively alleviating the problem of "slow employment" of college students and promoting graduates to achieve higher quality and fuller employment.
