Objective To explore the important role of intensive nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with advanced liver cancer, and to explore the application effect of targeted psychological nursing combined with health education. Methods 100 patients with advanced liver cancer after surgery from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the standard of 50 cases each. The control group adopted routine nursing intervention mode, and the observation group adopted targeted psychological nursing combined with health education intervention mode. By analyzing and evaluating the changes of pain, quality of life and adverse emotional distress before and after the intervention, the effects and rules on the rehabilitation of patients were explored. Results The scores of quality of life and other indexes in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (p<0.05). Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing combined with health education can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain and suffering of advanced liver cancer patients, resolve the distress of bad emotions, greatly improve the quality of life, and have a good auxiliary role in postoperative recovery, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
