Objective To evaluate the significance of phased psychological intervention in nursing care of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy. Methods Breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects (100 cases). Patients were enrolled under the conditions of this study, and the nursing effect was observed based on clinical differential nursing. Patients in the reference group received routine nursing (50 cases), and patients in the study group received phased psychological intervention (50 cases). The data of clinical compliance, psychological status score, immune function index and nursing satisfaction were counted, and the comparison difference between the two groups was used as evaluation criteria. Results The clinical compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group. There was no difference in the scores of SAS and SDS before nursing (P>0.05), and the score of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group. The immune function index of the study group was higher than that of the reference group. The nursing satisfaction group was higher than the reference group. The data of the two groups were significantly different, and the data of the study group was superior (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of staged psychological intervention can help to improve the clinical compliance of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy, improve the adverse psychological state of patients, enhance the level of immune function, effectively enhance the prognosis, improve the nursing satisfaction, and the application value is ideal, worthy of promotion.
