| 摘要 |
探讨肺癌患者参与共享决策的现状及影响因素。方法 选取2019年10月至2024年2月我院324 例肺癌患者进行调查，采用问卷调查法，了解其参与共享决策的现状及影响因素。结果 肺癌患者参与共享决策的现状不容乐观，仅有 40.7%的患者表示参与了共享决策。影响因素分析显示，患者的年龄、性别、文化程度、家庭支持、医生沟通技巧等因素与参与共享决策有关。结论 肺癌患者参与共享决策的现状不容乐观，需要加强医生沟通技巧的培训，提高患者的参与意识和能力，以促进共享决策的实施。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of lung cancer patients participating in shared decision making. Methods A total of 324 patients with lung cancer in our hospital from October 2019 to February 2024 were investigated. Questionnaire survey was used to understand the status quo and influencing factors of their participation in shared decision making. Results The current situation of lung cancer patients participating in shared decision making was not optimistic, only 40.7% of patients said that they participated in shared decision making. The analysis of influencing factors showed that patients age, gender, education level, family support and physician communication skills were related to participation in shared decision-making. Conclusion The current situation of lung cancer patients participating in shared decision making is not optimistic, it is necessary to strengthen the training of doctors communication skills and improve patients participation awareness and ability to promote the implementation of shared decision making.
