| 摘要 |
探讨在神经外科护理中应用品管圈护理模式的效用价值。方法 此次研究共选取122例患者进行对比实验，采取摇号方式进行分组，对照组与观察组分别为61例，前者沿用常规护理模式，后者实施品管圈护理手段，对两组实际应用效果进行深入研究分析。结果 经相关数据表明，观察组护理质量评分明显高于对照组，与此同时相比对照组，观察组患者对护理工作满意度显著较高（P＜0.05）。结论 对于神经外科患者而言，实施品管圈护理模式可有效改善整体护理质量水平，切实提高患者满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the utility value of the supply tube nursing model in neurosurgery nursing. Methods A total of 122 patients were selected for comparative experiment in this study, and were divided into groups by lottery. The control group and observation group were 61 cases respectively, the former followed the conventional nursing mode, the latter implemented the quality control circle nursing means, and the actual application effects of the two groups were thoroughly studied and analyzed. Results The relevant data showed that the nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the satisfaction of nursing work in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion For neurosurgery patients, the implementation of the quality control circle nursing model can effectively improve the overall quality of nursing and effectively improve patient satisfaction.
