| 摘要 |
快速康复外科（ERAS）护理干预旨在通过优化术前、术中和术后的医疗管理，以最大限度降低对手术创伤对患者的影响，从而促进患者早期康复。ERAS护理工作的开展涉及多个专业人员的协作与配合，包括护理人员、麻醉医师、专科医师、康复师等，是一项系统性、综合性的工作。不同专业人员在ERAS护理中扮演着不同但又相互关联的角色，共同致力于优化患者康复效果，提高手术患者的整体医疗质量和满意度。目前，ERAS护理已在临床广泛应用，尤其在直肠切除领域取得良好效果。本文便针对ERAS护理干预在结直肠癌围手术期的应用情况进行综述，以期为临床护理工作的开展提供参考。

| Abstract |
Rapid Recovery Surgery (ERAS) nursing interventions aim to optimize preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative medical management to minimize the impact of surgical trauma on patients and promote early recovery. The implementation of ERAS nursing work involves the collaboration and cooperation of multiple professionals, including nursing staff, anesthesiologists, specialists, rehabilitation specialists, etc. It is a systematic and comprehensive work. Different professionals play different but interrelated roles in ERAS nursing, working together to optimize patient rehabilitation outcomes and improve the overall medical quality and satisfaction of surgical patients. At present, ERAS nursing has been widely applied in clinical practice, especially in the field of rectal resection, achieving good results. This article reviews the application of ERAS nursing intervention in the perioperative period of colorectal cancer, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing work.
