| 摘要 |
讨论及研究健康教育对肺癌术后带胸引管患者心理弹性、自我效能、导关相关并发症的影响。方法 本次研究的起始时间为2023年11月份,结束时间为2023年12月份,研究时间为两个月。纳入患者的数量为60例,通过随机平衡的方式分成对照组和实验组,每组30例患者,对照组常规护理,实验组基于品管圈的健康教育,分析两组患者心理弹性、对导管相关知识的掌握度、导管相关并发症。结果 实验组患者心理弹性水平更佳,对导管相关知识的掌握度更高,导管相关并发症减少非计划性拔管率降低,P<0.05。结论 为肺癌术后患者胸引管提供基于品管圈的健康教育,可以提高患者的心理弹性,提升患者对导管相关知识的掌握度得到提升,降低导管相关并发症的影响。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss and study the effects of health education on mental resilience, self-efficacy and related complications of patients with chest catheter after lung cancer surgery. Methods The start time of this study was November 2023 and the end time was December 2023. The study lasted for two months. A total of 60 patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group by means of random balance, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care while the experimental group received health education based on quality control circle. The psychological resilience, mastery of catheter-related knowledge and catheter-related complications of the two groups were analyzed. Results The mental resilience level of the experimental group was better, the mastery of catheter-related knowledge was higher, the catheter-related complications were reduced, and the rate of unplanned extubation was decreased, P<0.05. Conclusion Providing health education based on quality control circle for thoracic catheters after lung cancer surgery can improve patients psychological resilience, improve patients mastery of catheter-related knowledge, and reduce the influence of catheter-related complications.
