Objective To analyze the clinical effect of strong pulse photon skin tender in the treatment of freckles. Methods A total of 82 patients with freckle treatment needs were selected from our hospital as the study subjects, and the treatment time was from October 2016 to December 2023. All patients were divided into 2 groups with 41 cases in each group by odd-even series method. The experimental group was treated with intense pulse photon skin rejuvenation apparatus, while the control group was treated with conventional liquid nitrogen freezing method. The clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The total response rate of the experimental group was 95.12%, while the control group was only 78.05%, with significant differences (P < 0.05). Adverse reactions occurred in only 2.44% of the patients in the experimental group, while the overall incidence in the control group was as high as 14.63%, with significant differences between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of freckles, the strong pulse photon skin tender can play a good effect and help to reduce adverse reactions, so it is worth vigorously promoting and applying.
