Objective This study was conducted on kidney cancer patients to analyze the effect of operating room care on postoperative recovery of radical renal cancer patients. Methods from January 2023 to January 2024,100 kidney cancer patients with radical treatment of patients, and routine nursing (50 cases), patients with quantitative evaluation strategy, operating room nursing (50 cases), the two groups of nursing effect comparison, and obtain clinical research data, data reflected in clinical patients related recovery index, stress index, pain score, quality of life score, complications, patient satisfaction, integrate data, the two groups. Results Statistical, patient stress index, pain score, and pre-care data were significantly different (P > 0.05); significant difference between groups (P < 0.05); first urination time, first discharge time and hospitalization time than reference group (P < 0.05); study group was higher than the reference group (P < 0.05); patient complication rate was less than the reference group (P < 0.05); patient satisfaction ratio was higher than the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion renal cancer radical surgery patients under the quantitative evaluation strategy can effectively promote patients postoperative recovery, reduce the length of stay, at the same time reduce the patient stress response, relieve pain, to improve the quality of life of patients, reduce complications, improve patient satisfaction, application effect is ideal, worthy of application.
