摘要	新媒体环境下思政教育工作面临着新的挑战，需要综合考虑各方面因素，制定科学合理的方案，切实发挥新媒体的作用，提高思政教育工作的实效性，促进学生综合素质的提升。文中以选择新媒体环境为着手点，分析思政教育工作面临的挑战，结合实际情况给出具体应对措施，利用新媒体技术提高思政教育工作的质量。
Abstract	In the environment of new media, ideological and political education is facing new challenges. It is necessary to comprehensively consider various factors, formulate scientific and reasonable plans, give full play to the role of new media, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and promote the improvement of students comprehensive quality.In this paper, taking the new media environment as the starting point, analyzes the challenges faced by ideological and political education, gives specific measures combined with the actual situation, and uses the new media technology to improve the quality of ideological and political education.
