Objective To explore the value of meticulous care for patients after pulmonary bullae surgery. Methods 20 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were divided into 10 control groups and 10 study groups according to the random number method. Control group routine postoperative nursing intervention, research group on the basis of routine postoperative nursing intervention increase meticulous nursing measures, compare the two groups of postoperative clinical indicators, including the first bed time, hospital time, compare the two groups of patients before and after the nursing intervention, compare the two groups of patients with postoperative complications. Results The first time of getting out of bed after surgery and the hospital stay were lower in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05). The sleep quality score after intervention was higher in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications was lower in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of meticulous nursing in the postoperative care of pulmonary bullae has good application effects, can effectively improve the patients sleep quality, promote the patients postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and bring the patient more comfortable nursing experience, which is worth promoting.
