中医情志护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛中的应用效果分析

摘要	分析腰椎间盘突出症患者采取中医情志护理对其疼痛影响。方法抽取本院在2020年1月~2021年1月月期间收治的58例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为参考组、实验组，其中前者采取常规护理，后者采取中医情志护理，每组29例。对比两组护理效果。结果焦虑、抑郁评分对比显示，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。痛疼评分对比显示，护理后实验组显低（P＜0.05）。护理满意度对比显示，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者采取中医情志护理有助于缓解其负面情绪，减轻其疼痛，提升护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the influence of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 58 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research objects. According to random number table method, they were divided into reference group and experimental group, in which the former took routine nursing and the latter took traditional Chinese emotional nursing, 29 cases in each group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Pain score comparison showed that the experimental group was significantly lower after nursing (P < 0.05). The comparison of nursing satisfaction showed that the experimental group was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese emotional nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation is helpful to relieve their negative emotions, relieve their pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
