摘要
职业教育的改革背景之下,如何充分发挥企业在职业教育当中的主体地位,充分凸显职业院校的办学特色,促进产教融合,服务经济发展,是当前职业教育当中需要不断重视的问题。本文主要基于新时代产教融合背景之下,结合职业院校校企合作的现状,对康养专业群和“校中院”建设展开分析,弹错新型校企协同育人模式。以下为详细内容。
Abstract
Under the background of the reform of vocational education, how to give full play to the dominant position of enterprises in vocational education, fully highlight the characteristics of vocational colleges, promote the integration of production and education, and serve economic development are issues that need constant attention in current vocational education. This paper is mainly based on the background of the integration of production and education in the new era, combined with the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges, and analyzes the construction of health care professional groups and the "school-in-school", and mistakes the new school-enterprise collaborative education model. The details are as follows.
