| 摘要 |
研究围手术期护理直肠癌手术患者的研究。方法 选用本院2023年1月-2024年1月收治的直肠癌手术患者66例，根据随机选样模式其中33例，进行常规康复，即一般组。另33例患者进行围手术期护理，即护理组。并对两组患者不良反应发生情况、满意度对比分析。结果 经分析，护理组患者的护理满意率明显高于一般组患者；护理组患者不良反应发生情况明显低于一般组患者；数据均具有统计学区别（P＜0.05）。结论 通过术前、中、后的精心护理，能提高手术的疗效，减少并发症的发生率，保证患者有效术后康复。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the perioperative nursing of rectal cancer patients. Methods A total of 66 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected, and 33 of them were given routine rehabilitation according to random sample selection mode, that is, general group. Another 33 patients received perioperative care, that is, the nursing group. The occurrence of adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate in the nursing group was significantly higher than that in the general group. The occurrence of adverse reactions in nursing group was significantly lower than that in general group. All the data were statistically different (P < 0.05). Conclusion Careful nursing before, during and after operation can improve the curative effect of operation, reduce the incidence of complications and ensure effective postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
