| 摘要 |
研究五行音乐联合中医情志护理在改善肺癌患者术后疼痛感。方法 选择我院收治的接受了手术治疗的肺癌患者80例，将其按照随机分组方法分为对照组（40例，使用常规护理）和试验组（40例，使用五行音乐联合中医情志护理），对两组的护理效果进行收集和分析对比。结果 试验组的身体疼痛感、SDS抑郁评分和SAS焦虑评分均明显低于对照组，且试验组的生活质量高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对肺癌手术患者实施临床护理时，通过五行音乐联合中医情志护理可显著改善患者的心理状态，降低术后疼痛感，提高生活质量，有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of Wuxing music combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on improving postoperative pain in patients with lung cancer. Methods 80 patients with lung cancer who received surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (40 cases, using conventional nursing) and experimental group (40 cases, using Wuxingmusic combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were collected and analyzed. Results The body pain, SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with lung cancer surgery, the combination of five elements music and emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the psychological state of patients, reduce the postoperative pain, improve the quality of life, and have high application value.
