| 摘要 |
人性化护理对急诊输液患者的干预效果。方法 选取2023年9月-2024年3月间，入我院急诊进行输液的患者100例为研究对象，经随机数表法将受试对象分为观察组（n=50；人性化护理）与对照组（n=50；常规护理），遂对两组病患心理积分、舒适度积分、不良事件发生率进行数据对比。结果 依照统计结果可知，护理后观察组各项SCL-90积分均低于对照组；舒适度积分高于对照组；不良事件发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 通过实施人性化护理干预，可有效缓和急诊输液患者心理环境，加强护理舒适性，提高护理满意度，且具有较高安全性，可推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective The intervention effect of humanized nursing on patients with emergency infusion. Methods From January 2020,100 patients received infusion in March 2024 as the study objects, and the subjects were divided into observation group (n=50; humanized care) and the control group (n=50; routine care), thus comparing the data of SCL-90 psychological points, comfort points, adverse event incidence and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results According to the statistical results, the SCL-90 points were lower in the observation group than the control group; the comfort points were higher than the control group; the incidence of adverse time was lower than that of the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion Through the implementation of humanized nursing intervention for emergency infusion patients, it can effectively ease the psychological environment of patients, strengthen nursing comfort, improve nursing satisfaction, and have high safety, which can be promoted and applied.
