| 摘要 |
分析集束化护理联合气压治疗对宫颈癌术后患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率及健康状况的影响。方法 选择2022年6月至2023年9月在我院接受手术治疗的118例宫颈癌患者，59例为对照组实施常规护理，59例为观察组实施集束化护理联合气压治疗。比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率、护理满意度以及生活质量均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 集束化护理联合气压治疗可以降低宫颈癌术后患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率，促进患者康复。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effects of cluster nursing combined with air pressure therapy on the incidence and health status of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients after cervical cancer surgery. Methods A total of 118 patients with cervical cancer who received surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected. 59 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 59 patients in the observation group received cluster nursing combined with air pressure therapy. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis, nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing combined with air pressure therapy can reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and promote the recovery of patients after cervical cancer surgery.
