| 摘要 |
分析临床护理路径用于慢性化脓性中耳炎患者护理中的效果。方法 选择2022年3月至2023年6月我院收治的98例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者，49例为对照组实施常规护理，49例列为观察组实施临床护理路径。比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组心理状态、应激指标、并发症发生率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜0.05）。结论 为慢性化脓性中耳炎患者实施临床护理路径，可以缓解患者不良情绪，降低应激反应与并发症发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway for chronic suppurative otitis media patients. Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected. 49 cases were included in the control group for routine nursing and 49 cases were included in the observation group for clinical nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The psychological state, stress index and complication rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing for chronic suppurative otitis media patients can alleviate the adverse mood of patients, reduce the incidence of stress reaction and complications.
