摘要
探讨骨科人工关节置换(THA)患者给予优质护理服务模式的价值。方法 选取2021年8月至2022年9月骨科收治行THA治疗患者90例,随机分为观察组(优质护理服务模式)和对照组(常规护理)各45例,对比效果。结果 观察组首次下床活动时间、心理状态评分、住院时间、并发症发生率、疼痛缓解时间、拆线时间、术后首次排气时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组关节屈伸活动度、护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理服务模式对于骨科THA患者来讲存在较高的应用价值,值得应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of high-quality nursing service model for orthopedic artificial joint replacement (THA) patients. Methods A total of 90 patients receiving THA treatment in orthopedics department from August 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into observation group (quality nursing service mode) and control group (routine nursing), 45 cases each, to compare the effect. Results The first time of getting out of bed, mental state score, hospital stay, complication rate, pain relief time, suture removal time and first postoperative exhaust time in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The joint flexion and extension motion and nursing satisfaction scores of observation group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing service model has high application value for orthopedic THA patients, and it is worth applying.
