Objective In this paper, for patients with knee arthritis in nursing, the implementation of comprehensive nursing mode to intervene, and its influence was analyzed and discussed. Methods A total of 70 patients with knee arthritis who were admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study by sampling method. They were divided into two groups according to the odd-even number method. 35 patients with conventional nursing mode were named the reference group, and 35 patients with comprehensive nursing mode were named the research group. The knee function score, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients with knee arthritis before and after intervention were compared and analyzed. Results The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group were effectively improved after comprehensive nursing intervention mode, and the knee function score of patients was effectively improved, and the nursing effect difference between the two groups was large P < 0.05, which is of research value. Conclusion By implementing comprehensive nursing intervention mode in the nursing of patients with knee arthritis, the knee function score of patients has been significantly improved, and the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients have been effectively improved, which is worth using.
